The Account Verification service is an optional service that can be used by guests of certain Disney Interactive web sites (“Disney Services,” which may be branded Disney, ABC, ESPN, Marvel, Lucasfilm, or another brand owned or licensed by The Walt Disney Company) to obtain a one-time passcode for mobile phone account verification, account security, and account access.

By requesting a one-time passcode, the guest consents to receive SMS messages from Disney Interactive and affirms that the guest is the subscriber or customary user of the mobile phone number provided if on a group plan.

Guests may request a one-time passcode via a Disney Interactive web site and if a passcode is requested, the guest will receive one SMS message in response via short code 25821.

Message and data rates may apply for sending or receiving SMS messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
